An extra invoice covering travel fees must be paid the same day of the wedding. All payments are cash only for this item.

How do we pay for travel fees?

If weather conditions are extreme or pose a safety risk for us or my equipment, we’ll decide together whether to reschedule. Cloudy days or light rain do not qualify as a reason for cancellation. If rescheduling isn’t possible due to weather, I’ll issue a full refund.

This policy does not apply to weddings, as I always adapt to different conditions. In most cases, your wedding planner has a Plan B or even Plan C in place to ensure the safety and comfort of the couple, guests, and vendors.

What if we need to reschedule our engagement shoot due bad weather?

In over 15 years I have never canceled or missed a wedding or any other photographic work. But if something crazy, urgent, or out of my control happens which makes me unable to make it to your wedding, then I will do my best to find a trusted replacement photographer to step in. If neither I nor the replacement are able to make it to your wedding, your full payment will be refunded.

What happens if you can’t make it to our wedding?

Once we hold your chosen date I am forced to reject any other contracts that may want that same date as theirs. For this reason, retainers are non-refundable, meaning if you have already put a retainer down on a date and then have to move/cancel it, a new retainer will have to be paid in order to hold your new date.

What if we need to cancel/re-schedule our wedding?

I like to have clear communication with my clients and I expect the same from your side. For this reason, I have a legal contract drawn up which specifies every detail of the collection you have chosen such as travel fees, times, and any other additional detail.

Do we need to sign a contract?

I focus on natural editing that enhances color, contrast, and lighting. I don’t alter body shapes or make unrealistic changes because I want you to feel like the best version of yourself. However, I will clean up skin imperfections and remove distracting elements when needed.

What kind of retouch do you apply to your photos?

International weddings come with added logistics, including time zone adjustments, location scouting, and ensuring I’m rested and fully prepared. Even for local weddings more than 80 km from my base in France, I prefer to arrive the night before to deliver my best work.

Why do you need to stay more than 4 days in a international trip?

As a photographer, showcasing my work is essential for growing my business and attracting new clients. However, I understand that some clients prefer to keep their images private, both from the public and their loved ones. If you wish to opt out of allowing me to use your images for marketing purposes, please let me know in advance.

Please note, if you choose not to grant permission, an additional 10% fee of the final price will be added. This fee compensates for the impact on my ability to update my portfolio and promote my services.

This clause does not apply to images of landscapes, details, or decor, which may still be used for marketing.

We are shy, are you going to publish our pictures without our permission?

While I'll retain the copyright of the images from your wedding day, my contract gives my clients personal print and media permissions for non-commercial usage. If you have any concerns about this, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Who has copyright?

To secure your date, I require a 50% down payment at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due one month before your wedding.
Payments can be made via wire transfer, PayPal, or cash.
Please note, any additional bank fees (such as those from bank transfers or PayPal) will need to be covered by you, meaning I should receive the full agreed-upon amount in my account.

How do payment schedules work?

Editing is an essential part of the creative process. Without it, the images are only halfway finished. For this reason, I don’t deliver RAW files. Each final image reflects my artistic vision and the polished experience you’ve chosen.

Do you provide RAW files?

The number of photos I deliver depends on how much time I spend with you on your wedding day, typically ranging from 50-70 photos per hour. Please keep in mind that every wedding is different and varies from the last, and numbers are always changing but usually, the more time you have me around, the more amazing and spontaneous photos I will be able to deliver.
I include only the highest quality images from each setup angle. Omitted images may include blinking, unflattering expressions, or blur.

How many images will i get?

I’ve learned over the years that every celebration is unique and comes with its own set of needs. Because of this, I tailor a collection for each inquiry.
